Position: Accounts Clerk
We are currently looking for an Accounts Clerk to join our office team.
Main duties will include:
- Preparing Invoices
- Filing
- Assisting office employees in other admin tasks when required
- Assisting the credit controller
- Preparing Payroll
- Maintaining an up to date balance for creditors and debtors.
Qualifications / Experience
Candidates requires a minimum A level standard of education main subjects :
Mathematics, English and Maltese .
• In possession of ECDL mainly excel and email.
• Good communication and phone skills.
• Experience in a similar post is an asset
• Administration/ accounting position
Knowledge on-sage accounting system and Shireburn would be considered an asset.
